One of our commitments as a business is to engage with and give back to our Jacksonville community. We are more than just a property management company serving property owners and residents in the area. We enjoy partnering with local organizations and supporting the Jacksonville area in a variety of ways.
Join Us for a 5K or 1k Fun Run!
Coming up on Saturday, April 30, 2022, Spectrum Realty Services, LLC is proud to be the Presenting Sponsor of the Rotary Club of Mandarin Race to Feed the Hungry! As the President-Elect for the Rotary Club of Mandarin and the Owner/Broker of Spectrum Realty Services, LLC, Marc Hassan sees the event as a perfect way to check the box on several initiatives of both Rotary and Spectrum.
We Love Supporting the Jacksonville Community
This race will allow our company to give back to the community in which we live and work. It will shine the light on the excellent work that the Rotary Club of Mandarin has done over the past 47 years and introduce Rotary to those unfamiliar with their work. In addition, this event will help fight the problem of hunger in our own back yards.
The Rotary Club of Mandarin will host their first Race to Feed the Hungry 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run, organized by 1st Place Sports at Mandarin Presbyterian Church. Both the auction and the race will primarily benefit the Mandarin Food Bank at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and the Daily Bread Food Pantry at Mandarin Presbyterian Church. In addition, some proceeds will be reserved for other non-profit charities in the Mandarin Area, Rotary International’s efforts to end Polio worldwide, and numerous grants to local charities.
We’re Ready to Improve Our Health, Too!
While this event will do a tremendous amount of good within the community, as the owner of Spectrum Realty Services, LLC, Marc has challenged the property management company team members also to use this Race to Feed the Hungry as an opportunity to focus on their health. The race is an easy way to kickstart the habit of weekly exercise while also giving back to our local community.
To help get our team (and anyone who wants to take part) in shape for this event, our partner and race organizer, 1st Place Sports, has a “Beginner 5K Training Schedule” on their website that will allow any novice runner or walker to prepare for the race without breaking the bank on an expensive gym membership.
Register for the April 30, 2022 Event
